Paul Vardaman has been involved in the management of 400-plus projects across 27 states, totaling over 19 million SF, with managed revenues in excess of $1.5 billion. Over 95% of this work is warehouse construction (industrial and distribution). Paul consistently strives to ensure the company delivers on its promises, both to its employees and its clients. He has always been inspired by the phrase taught to him at a young age by his father, “See your work through the eyes of the owner.”
